Yin Workshop
1 Hour 30 Minute Appointment. Yin Yoga is a gentle, restorative practice that focuses on relaxing in to postures to help with the release of muscle tension. Typical Yoga practices (i.e. Vinyasa, Hatha) are Yang type practices that are more focused on balancing and strengthening postures. During this workshop we will be focusing on the art of letting go and how we can incorporate that art in to our every day lives.
